Lemonade Juice Recipe is a refreshing drink made by mixing fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and water, served chilled with ice, lemon slices, and mint leaves. I decided to make this lemonade because I enjoy creating natural and healthy beverages at home. I have some past experience preparing lemonade, and I learned how to balance sweetness and tartness from that.
Squeeze enough lemons to get about 1 cup of fresh juice. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with ¾ cup of sugar. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Let the syrup cool to room temperature.
Step 2 – Mix The Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice with the cooled syrup. Add 3 cups of cold water and stir well. Taste the lemonade and adjust it to your liking add a bit more water if it’s too strong, or more lemon juice if you want it tarter.
Step 3 – Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over them. Garnish with lemon slices and a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch. Serve right away and enjoy!
